Returns Policy

We want every order to arrive as expected. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos where possible so we can assess the problem quickly.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, repair, or refund.

Cut-to-size and custom products

Because many of our products are cut to your requested size or otherwise customised, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for custom or cut-to-size orders unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Standard stocked items

For non-custom stocked items, change-of-mind returns may be considered at our discretion if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned promptly after delivery. Return shipping costs may apply.

How to request a return

Please contact our team with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We will confirm the next steps and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
