How to find your order
Use the sales order number shown in your order confirmation and the email address entered at checkout. If you cannot find the confirmation, check your spam or junk folder and any other email address you may have used. Copy the order number carefully, including any letters, and check for extra spaces before trying again.
Understanding your order status
The result shows the current order and payment information. When a shipment has been booked and carrier tracking is available, you can use the shipment details to follow its progress. Order processing and carrier delivery are separate stages, so a confirmed order does not necessarily mean that the parcel has already left us.
